The D2C Planning Assistant supports the team by ensuring the right products are allocated and optimized to the right location.

You’ll have a strong analytical and Excel skills, have attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Please note this is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract until August 2027.

The Responsibilities

Stock Allocations

  • Managing the JLP, Next, Zalando Dropship and US Dropship allocations, ensuring each location is optimized to achieve the best sell through of stock through accurate reporting and decision making.
  • Ensuring Trading Classifications are kept up to date so stock can be managed accordingly.
  • Ensuring intake trackers are maintained and stock delays communicated to the wider teams.

Trade

  • Supporting the D2C Planner by updating weekly trade decks and writing simple commentary.
  • Translate the weekly data to support allocation plans and optimise stock levels across accounts.
  • Support with any additional admin requirements.

End of Season Analysis

  • Support the team by building data for the QBRs and End of Season Analysis.
  • Understanding the analysis and carrying out any actions needed to improve the following season.
  • Gain clarity on Customer preferences and trends.

Buying

  • Updating line cards and sizing analysis.

The Person

  • Experience in Merchandising or Planning within the fashion or the footwear industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of D2C channels.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Tableau or Power Bi would be advantageous
  • You’ve got the hunger for hitting the numbers and happy to talk to about them
  • Happy to ‘Geek Out’ and obsess over KPIs
  • You’ll be a proactive person enthused by the results of your team
  • Excellent multi-tasker who isn’t afraid of a challenge
  • Commercially savvy
  • Positive attitude and of course, a great sense of humour
