You will be part of the Fitch Solutions FP&A team with colleagues based in London and New York. You will report to the Head of Incentives Control to support Fitch Solutions Commercial team with a 200+ person global salesforce. As a Senior Sales Incentives Analyst, you will provide support in all Sales Compensation related activities, including reporting, analysis and administration. You will have high visibility to senior leaders in the Global Commercial organization; get to collaborate with leaders and partners in Commercial, Tech, HR and Operations; and gain exposure to FP&A to develop your career in Finance.
