BMI is currently seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Content Management System (CMS), the core platform used by analysts to create and publish research, based out of our London or Manchester offices.

About the Team
Our growing Product team turns BMI’s cross-domain Product Vision into a multi-year strategy and associated roadmap that delivers unique, significant value to our diverse user base across financial services, corporates, and government. We are looking for someone who is passionate about this journey and demonstrating what good product looks like.
We offer a unique opportunity to lead the development of a critical CMS platform used by more than one hundred BMI analysts worldwide:
- Ownership of AI-driven features that support research generation and editorial workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Develop and maintain the CMS roadmap in alignment with the overall product strategy and analyst needs.
- Lead the modernization of BMI’s Content, aligning content enhancements with improvements to our end-to-end workflow.
- Drive AI feature development, including tools for assisted writing, summarization and quality checks.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, discovery, design, and iterative delivery of CMS and AI capabilities.
- Conduct user research with analysts and editorial teams to inform prioritisation and feature design.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, defining clear success criteria for CMS and AI features.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences.
- Run Agile ceremonies such as refinement and sprint reviews and lead cross-functional squads across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with downstream squads who consume BMI research to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and adoption of new capabilities.
