Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Commercial Graduate based out of our Singapore office.
What We Offer:
- 12-month program including 2-3 weeks of initial training and in-depth, ongoing training, mentoring, and assessment
- The program offers an ideal experience for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a financial technology career and wish to work in a dynamic client‐facing role
- Selected participants can expect to receive exceptional in‐depth training in a diverse peer environment built on inclusiveness, experiential learning, and development in the Customer Success, Client Services and Sales

We'll Count on You To:
- Embody an integral part of the support structure for Fitch Solutions APAC accounts
- Learn to drive value and adoption of the Fitch Ratings Pro and BMI platform across a subset of key clients within our book of business
- Communicate through verbal and written format about the Fitch Ratings Pro and BMI platform to optimize the experience of clients
- Develop a keen and comprehensive understanding of the Fintech landscape as it applies to Fitch Solutions' product offerings and market positionality
What You Need to Have:
- Be a fresh/recent university graduate with less than two years of work experience. All academic disciplines are welcome
- Resourceful and detail‐oriented with a team‐player attitude
- Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Strong, clear, and concise communication, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast‐paced environment with great organizational skills
