Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager (for 12 months maternity cover, based out of our London office, to support French-speaking buy-side accounts.

About the Team: Our team is a dynamic and ambitious group within a global organization, working with strategic customers of Fitch Solutions portfolio. We value continuous learning, collaboration, and flexibility, supported by strong development resources and a hybrid working environment.

Important: Maternity Cover Opportunity

This role is a maternity cover request for strategic buy-side French-speaking accounts, with a 12-month duration starting May 1, 2026. The book of business is approximately $6 million and will require coverage of several key strategic accounts. French language capability is essential for this position.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Retain and grow revenue and overachieving on sales targets for Indirect Account coverage for our largest Strategic accounts globally.
  • Work collaboratively with the global sales team to successfully onboard new user groups.
  • Build strong relationships and gather intelligence that will increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of activity and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via face to face and online meetings/emails.
  • Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer’s needs.
  • Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce.
