Join to apply for the Training & Development Specialist role at Fitch Ratings. BRM - Revenue Enablement is currently seeking a Training & Development Specialist based out of our London office. BRM’s global Revenue Enablement Team ensures that Fitch Rating’s Business & Relationship Management team has the right resources to sell more effectively. The team improves BRM’s ability to spend more time on revenue and value‑generating activities and less time on admin‑related tasks, focusing on process, technology, reporting, content and training improvements.

We’re looking for a Training Specialist to elevate BRM team capabilities through impactful, user‑focused learning. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable training across Salesforce and related tools, maintain a central knowledge base, and run regular sessions and drop‑in support. You’ll measure effectiveness through adoption and feedback, refine materials and methods, and tailor onboarding for new hires. Partnering closely with BRM, Revenue Enablement, Salesforce, and SMEs, including developing an AI training persona, you’ll ensure training aligns with business objectives.

What We Offer

  • Great Development Opportunity: Hone your training skills with a diverse group of professionals and cutting‑edge tools like Salesforce, Qlik dashboards, and AI bots.
  • High Visibility: As part of the Revenue Enablement team, your contributions are highly visible and impactful.
  • Amazing Team: Collaborate with a supportive group of experts within Revenue Enablement and Salesforce, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • Great Benefits: Fitch Group offers a competitive benefits package.

We’ll Count On You To

  • Coordinate and deliver regular BRM training sessions—both virtual and in‑person—on Salesforce processes and procedures, tailored with sector and regional examples, plus workshops and support for key projects and rollouts.
  • Design, evaluate, and maintain high‑quality, audience‑specific training resources (courses, guides, FAQs, quick‑reference guides, video tutorials) for Salesforce and related tools, ensuring materials remain current with system enhancements and business changes.
  • Adapt materials to enhance the business knowledge of Salesforce development, QA and support teams, and ensure scalability and ease of maintenance.
  • Measure and optimize training effectiveness by tracking adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback; conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps; recommend and implement improvements to maximize engagement.
  • Support new‑hire onboarding with tailored programs and continuously refine delivery methods.
  • Develop and maintain an AI training persona to standardize training content and interactions, partnering with SMEs to curate, validate outputs, and refine the persona based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Build internal relationships with the wider Business Relationship Management to align Salesforce and Revenue Enablement objectives with their needs.
  • Collaborate with other members of the RE & Salesforce teams to ensure group objectives are met.

What You Need To Have

  • Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs across in‑person and virtual formats.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Stream, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Experience developing or working with AI tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible language.

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaborator with proven relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
