How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Be part of employee experience and Risk technology initiatives, supporting platforms like MetricStream, AuditBoard, MyComplianceOffice, and PolicyTech.
  • Design and deliver scalable internal tools and solutions using full-stack development skills, incorporating modern UI frameworks, APIs, and data analytics.
  • Partner with compliance, HR, and IT to upgrade and manage SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and user training.
  • Define and develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and metrics that enhance visibility and decision-making across compliance and employee platforms.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, training materials, and SOPs that promote self-service and operational excellence.
  • Play a hands-on role in resolving support issues, rolling out enhancements, and continuously improving employee engagement technologies.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner in applying AI/ML capabilities to employee experience systems, driving automation and intelligent insights.

You May Be a Good Fit If

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Brings 8+ years of experience in software development, SaaS platforms, risk or compliance technology, and large-scale program execution.
  • Demonstrates strong full-stack development skills (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, SQL) and experience in architecting and deploying applications.
  • Familiar with risk, governance, and compliance systems, with a strong understanding of the regulatory and operational needs of financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional programs with strong organizational, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
  • Skilled at converting complex problems into streamlined digital workflows and supporting technology adoption and change management.
  • Experienced with software development lifecycles, quality assurance processes, and end-to-end testing strategies.

  • Certifications such as PMP, Scaled Agile, CRISC, CISM, CISA and technical credentials in AWS, Microsoft, Python or SQL.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise with MetricStream, AuditBoard, MyComplianceOffice, and PolicyTech platforms.
  • Experience supporting or managing risk types such as information security, compliance, operational risk, financial crimes, or technology risk in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to introduce AI/ML solutions to enhance productivity and compliance monitoring within employee engagement systems.
  • History of leading vulnerability management, issue remediation, and exception handling within a governance framework.
  • Strong documentation and policy development skills, capable of aligning business unit security practices with corporate standards.
