- Design, evaluate, and maintain high‑quality, audience‑specific training resources (courses, guides, FAQs, quick‑reference guides, video tutorials) for Salesforce and related tools, ensuring materials remain current with system enhancements and business changes.
- Adapt materials to enhance the business knowledge of Salesforce development, QA and support teams, and ensure scalability and ease of maintenance.
- Measure and optimize training effectiveness by tracking adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback; conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps; recommend and implement improvements to maximize engagement.
- Support new‑hire onboarding with tailored programs and continuously refine delivery methods.
- Develop and maintain an AI training persona to standardize training content and interactions, partnering with SMEs to curate, validate outputs, and refine the persona based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Build internal relationships with the wider Business Relationship Management to align Salesforce and Revenue Enablement objectives with their needs.
- Collaborate with other members of the RE & Salesforce teams to ensure group objectives are met.
