About The Team
Fitch Group is seeking a Digital Analyst expert in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to help the business measure, monitor, and surface insights across its web ecosystem. This role reports to Marketing Operations. The team operates as a centre of excellence to ensure best practices in digital analytics and reporting are followed across all Fitch brands and regions, with the goal of optimising marketing performance, conversion, and ROI.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Identify trends, friction points, and anomalies across channels and customer journeys to generate actionable insights and testable hypotheses.
- Build proactive, data‑backed recommendations that improve marketing performance, conversion, and ROI.
- Partner with Marketing and cross‑functional teams, capturing their business questions and translating them into clear analytics requirements and measurement plans.
- Develop clear dashboards and reports that communicate trends, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Proactively detect tracking issues and gaps in the data capture strategy; define data layer requirements and measurement frameworks; recommend enhancements to ensure complete, reliable, and privacy‑compliant data.
- Act as the primary digital analytics support across Fitch Group brands.
- Deliver training to enable a self‑serve analytics model and evangelise performance measurement and optimisation across Fitch Group.
