Join Fitch Ratings’ BRM team in London as a Senior Market Research Associate.
You will help senior relationship managers secure new rating mandates and deepen corporate relationships across the EMEA region.
You’ll develop marketing materials and conduct sector-focused research to craft persuasive campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in developing and executing frontline marketing plans to generate new rating mandates and advance relationship development
- Build knowledge of core business development data and create marketing materials (pitchbooks, case studies, tombstones, pricing studies, corporate slides, technical content)
- Develop in-depth knowledge of an industry sector to generate persuasive new marketing ideas
- Research and identify new transaction-driven rating opportunities with senior team members
- Use online platforms to monitor market activity and trends that support marketing messages
- Download and manage large datasets in Excel
- Keep marketing materials up to date
- Prioritise workflows and adapt to changing deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Key requirements
- Degree-level education in finance or business is advantageous
- Experience preparing marketing or business development materials using Power Point
- Proficiency in Excel with experience researching, analysing and interpreting large datasets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and generating reports
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with supervision from senior team members
- Proficiency in foreign languages may be beneficial
