Overview
As part of the Ratings Workflow Solutions team, you support product direction and translate business needs into actionable solutions to improve workflows, data processes, and document management. You’ll work with Agile squads to streamline processes, enable AI-driven content processing, and ensure secure data delivery across platforms. This role offers hands-on collaboration across functions to reimagine legacy workflows and define what ‘good’ looks like for next‑gen ratings systems. You’ll impact operational efficiency and cross‑team reporting while growing into a Product Owner mindset.

Responsibilities
- Support Product Owners in defining roadmaps and translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear acceptance criteria
- Document current-state and future-state workflows and data flows
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, retros, daily scrums)
- Maintain and refine the squad backlog and assist with prioritization and sprint readiness
- Coordinate dependencies across squads and upstream/downstream systems
- Define and track product metrics to demonstrate business value
- Support user readiness activities (testing coordination, training materials, release communications, post-release feedback)
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years as a Business Analyst, or current experience as a Junior Product Owner
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and supporting delivery routines
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; exposure to AI-enabled tooling such as Figma Mate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders across functions
