About The Team

You will join our innovative Ratings AI team, which focuses on ideating, planning, and testing AI solutions to enhance Fitch Ratings’ workflows and processes. The team is highly collaborative and partner‑facing, with strong visibility across the organization as we scale practical AI capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop and refine AI prototypes and lightweight interfaces, with mentorship from senior team members
  • Explore and apply machine learning algorithms and data analytics to real‑world business problems and datasets
  • Code, test, and debug AI prototypes to ensure robust, reliable, and efficient performance
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements, and deliver tailored AI solutions
