Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Programme Manager – Apprenticeships based out of our London office. This is a Senior Associate level role.
About the Team:
You’ll join our Apprenticeships team, partnering with Skills Coaches, Functional Skills specialists, and Client Success to deliver high-quality, compliant programmes for large employer clients.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead and line manage a cohort of Skills Coaches, setting targets, conducting monthly performance reviews, and driving KPI achievement to ensure programme excellence.
- Own end-to-end apprentice lifecycle management, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding and timely progress reviews to keep learners on track.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact, translating requirements into high-quality apprenticeship solutions and coordinating delivery schedules (workshops, visits, sessions).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Functional Skills and other internal teams to align priorities, share best practices, and support audits/inspections.
- Use data to collate, analyze, and report performance insights, providing monthly updates to the Apprenticeship Director and informing continuous improvement.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- 3+ years’ recent experience in a management role, ideally within Apprenticeships or Education, with a track record in government-funded training provision.
- Proven success achieving targets in a KPI-driven environment and working with large employers.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience motivating, developing, and managing performance.
- Proficient IT skills, including spreadsheets and data management/analysis.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Management qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Teaching or assessor qualification, and the ability to create inspiring, engaging learning content.
- Understanding of Ofsted inspections and knowledge of government-funded audits and compliance.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
