AI Enablement and Governance is a highly visible, cross-functional team responsible for establishing and enforcing AI governance frameworks, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to enable responsible, value-driven use of AI across Fitch. The team is refining processes using automation to efficiently guide stakeholders through risk-based AI governance workflows.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead the end-to-end AI governance process for both internally developed and third-party AI solutions from experimentation through to production deployment.
- Implement automation and risk-based frameworks to enable adoption of AI rapidly and responsibly.
- Develop and maintain standardized, transparent governance frameworks and best practices, ensuring AI adoption is ethical, well-controlled, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Technology, and business stakeholders to guide the responsible democratization and risk management of AI, particularly on agent-centric platforms.
- Educate and advise stakeholders on governance best practices, ethical use, and risk mitigation, promoting process transparency and incorporating industry best practices and stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Support the successful delivery and change management of key Emerging Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, business administration, economics, law, or a related field.
- 7 years of risk management experience (enterprise, technology, or model risk), with at least 3 years directly focused on AI governance or oversight of AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of managing governance or risk processes.
- Understanding of AI governance, risk management, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance.
