AI Enablement and Governance is a highly visible, cross-functional team within Emerging Technology, driving the safe, responsible, and value-driven adoption of AI across Fitch. We operate across two complementary pillars: AI Governance ensures AI at Fitch is safe, compliant, explainable, and regulator-ready, while AI Enablement ensures AI at Fitch is adopted, understood, and delivering real business value. We partner closely with business and technology leaders to bring the right AI capabilities to Fitch and help every colleague use them effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Run AI communications, campaigns, and events across written, video, and in-person formats to increase awareness and informed use of AI at every level of the company.
  • Coordinate internal champions and bring in external speakers to keep the program fresh.
  • Curate Fitch's AI knowledge hub, a central resource of vetted use cases, prompts, and patterns so every team starts from what already works.
  • Coordinate Fitch's emerging AI learning and training efforts, spanning AI literacy for everyone, role-based training, and advanced sessions for power users across business and technology tracks.
  • Equip colleagues to maximize the value of Fitch's AI tools, surfacing high-impact use cases, sharing prompting techniques and proven patterns, and coaching teams through real workflows.
  • Monitor emerging AI platforms, tools, and capabilities, tracking vendor roadmaps, new releases, and market developments.
  • Provide ongoing support for emerging platform needs, acting as a first point of contact for colleagues working with new AI tools.
  • Track AI usage at Fitch, partnering with analytics teams to establish baseline metrics such as usage, quality, time saved, and business outcomes.

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, learning and development, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in technology enablement, change management, internal communications, or learning and development.
  • Strong, adaptable communication skills with ability to shift style, tone, and level of technical detail fluidly depending on the audience.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot).
  • Experience defining and reporting on adoption or program metrics.
