  • Experience in project or program management within operations, technology, or data—ideally in financial services
  • First experiences managing complex portfolios with multiple concurrent projects and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of PM fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, RAID management, dependency mapping, and stakeholder communication
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira (workflows, boards, reporting) and project reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business value, define KPIs, and support data‑driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without formal authority
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles and components and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams

  • Certification or demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled frameworks
  • Experience establishing intake, stage‑gate, and portfolio prioritization mechanisms
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across senior leadership, engineering, data, legal/compliance, and business lines

How You’ll Succeed

  • You balance ambition and rigor—prioritizing high‑impact opportunities while safeguarding quality and compliance
