Fitch Group is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the end-to-end UK payroll cycle for around 1,450 employees across eight PAYE schemes, with involvement in 14 outsourced payrolls across the EMEA region. The role sits in London and reports to HR Ops, Reward & Analytics.
You will reconcile payroll ledgers, manage pension contributions and assist with benefits administration, while partnering with HR and Finance to ensure timely data flow and responsive handling of payroll queries.
