Fitch Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager fluent in French and English to join our London office.

You will drive client adoption, retention and growth across a dedicated book of accounts, building trusted relationships and delivering measurable value.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Sales Specialists and Product teams, provide regular reporting, and travel across EMEA as required to conduct in‑person meetings.
