About the Team
The purpose of this role is to discover, develop, and win new learning and development programs with both new and existing clients. Working closely with the client relationship management team and independently, you will identify opportunities to sell our solutions across the full Fitch Learning portfolio. You will work with clients to understand their business and talent development needs and, in partnership with our subject‑matter experts, design tailored learning solutions. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target and prospect for new logo opportunities across Europe. The role requires periodic travel across Europe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive strategic account planning, relationship development, and internal referrals in partnership with the client relationship management team.
- Build a strong understanding of market trends, client priorities, and talent development needs across the financial services sector.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Fitch Learning’s suite of training and development solutions.
- Lead full‑cycle sales activity: opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and account plans in Salesforce with strong attention to data quality.
- Produce clear and reliable revenue forecasts based on pipeline analysis and account activity.
- Ensure smooth handover of won projects to delivery teams while maintaining commercial oversight and acting as an escalation point where needed.

- Experience managing complex client relationships in financial services or professional education.
- Experience selling learning, training, talent, or professional development solutions.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
