About the Team: The Learning Solutions team plays a critical role in supporting the successful design and implementation of Fitch Learning’s most strategic and customised learning programmes. The team works collaboratively across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Client Success to help shape effective learning solutions that meet client needs and support successful delivery. This role will contribute to the design and modelling of complex learning solutions, helping to translate high-level concepts into practical, actionable plans.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Work closely with Learning Solution Managers and senior colleagues to model custom components for complex, customised learning programmes, helping to build a view of the effort and resources required.
- Write detailed briefs to translate solution requirements into actionable development activities and liaise with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Support feasibility reviews of solution components in partnership with relevant development or delivery teams, including content, digital, and operations.
- Build and maintain a view of the cost base for solutions to support governance, solution assurance, and pricing discussions.
- Partner with Product teams to understand and apply Fitch Learning’s product set, ensuring custom components meet client requirements while aligning with shared best practices where appropriate.
- Create and maintain templates, briefs, and solution modelling artefacts to improve consistency and speed to design.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in how solutions are scoped, modelled, and handed over for development and delivery.
