Overview
Fitch Learning is seeking a Production Coordinator based in London to support the booking and delivery of learning products and services. You will work with a team of experts dedicated to empowering professionals in the financial services industry and contribute to production across virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs.
Responsibilities
- Support the booking and delivery of live, hybrid and virtual training sessions
- Maintain production timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned
- Manage the setup and readiness of the production environment across virtual classrooms, physical training spaces, studios, and auditoriums
- Liaise with internal teams (Client Services, Content, Project Managers) to ensure seamless delivery
- Track and report on production progress, flag risks to the Production Manager
- Maintain accurate documentation of production and filming notes
- Provide logistical and technical support to instructors pre-event and during live events
- Ensure client-specific requirements are met in production planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows
- Manage and enhance in-house studio capabilities
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations
- Support post-delivery by coordinating file transfers and performing quality checks
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a production or operations support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
- Ability to manage and operate technical equipment for filming, live streaming, and content production
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
