Sustainable Fitch is currently seeking an ESG Data Specialist, based out of Manchester. Part of Fitch Group, Sustainable Fitch focuses on research and analysis of ESG themes for companies and their debt instruments worldwide. Our products include ESG Scores, Ratings, and Research, supported by Product Development and Resource teams.
As an ESG Data Specialist, you will be part of the Product Development team, responsible for sourcing, extracting, and maintaining sustainability-related data from financial and non-financial reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity within our platforms. You will also support clients with data-related queries and contribute to process improvements.

What You Need:
- Knowledge of sustainability and fixed income practices.
- Experience working with data, preferably in sustainability (6 months to 1 year).

- Interest or experience with AI, ML, or automation tools.
- Degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Data Management, Environmental Science, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication skills.
