The Learning Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring the successful solution design and implementation of Fitch Learning’s most complex, large‑scale strategic learning programmes. The entire team exhibits a leadership mindset with high levels of accountability and proactive personal agency at all seniority levels. This senior, client‑facing leadership role will manage the team that designs our most complex customised learning solutions, while working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Client Success to ensure overall impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Oversee Fitch Learning’s most complex and highest‑value client solution designs, providing team leadership, escalation support, and executive oversight where needed.
- Lead your own portfolio of strategic client solutions, personally designing customised solutions for maximum client impact.
- Lead and coach a high‑performing global solution design team, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Manage team capacity and utilisation effectively, ensuring resources are deployed appropriately across priorities while maintaining high‑quality delivery and scalability.
- Partner closely with the Head of Implementation, Director to align on external mobilisation for solution implementation.
- Execute and maintain strong solution governance frameworks to improve quality, reduce risk, support decision‑making, and ensure consistency across solutions.
- Drive data‑driven continuous improvement across the Solutions function by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, ways of working, design methodologies, quality standards, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Develop and embed best practice approaches, tools, and frameworks for solution design, documentation, approval, and handover.
- Ensure strong commercial discipline in solution design, balancing innovation and client impact with profitability, scalability, operational feasibility, and strategic alignment.
You May Be a Good Fit If
- Strong background in learning design, workforce development, organisational psychology, or a similar people‑based solutions background.
- Demonstrated ability in designing large‑scale learning programmes and solutions, including but not limited to diagnostics, design of learning pathways (across all modalities), assessments, and wider reporting and metrics for success, including evaluation of learning impact.
- Experience in building or leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, and resource management.
- Demonstrated ability in recommending and implementing data‑driven continuous improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality, with a proven ability to be a quality champion for the customer.
- Influential and able to build relationships with internal teams, external experts, and clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
