About the Team
The Learning Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring the successful solution design and implementation of Fitch Learning’s most complex, large‑scale strategic learning programmes. The entire team exhibits a leadership mindset with high levels of accountability and proactive personal agency, at all seniority levels. This role supports the design and implementation of Fitch Learning’s largest, most complex, and highest‑value learning solutions, while working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Client Success to ensure seamless execution and overall solution impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work closely with Learning Solution Managers to take a high level solution and model the custom components for our complex, customised learning programmes, building a view of the effort and resources required.
- Write detailed briefs to translate the solution into actionable development activities and liaise with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Undertake feasibility reviews of solution components in line with relevant development or delivery teams, e.g. content, digital and operations.
- Build up a view of cost base for solutions to feed into governance and solution assurance, and to support CRMs on pricing.
- Work closely with Product to understand and utilize our full product set, so custom components are designed not only to meet specific client requirements but also are translatable to product teams and using shared best practices as appropriate.
- Create and maintain templates and solution model artefacts to improve speed to design and brief.
