BRM’s global Revenue Enablement Team is tasked with ensuring that Fitch Rating’s Business & Relationship Management team (BRM) has the right resources in place to sell more effectively. The team seeks to improve BRM’s ability to spend more time on revenue and value‑generating activities and less time on admin‑related tasks. The team focuses on improvements in BRM’s processes, technology reporting, content, and training. We’re looking for a Training Specialist to elevate BRM team capabilities through impactful, user‑focused learning.
In this role, you will design and deliver scalable training across Salesforce and related tools, maintain a central knowledge base, and run regular sessions and drop‑in support. You’ll measure effectiveness through adoption and feedback, refine materials and methods, and tailor onboarding for new hires. Partnering closely with BRM, Revenue Enablement, Salesforce, and SMEs, including developing an AI training persona, you’ll ensure training aligns with business objectives.
What We Offer:
- Great Development Opportunity: This role offers the chance to hone your training skills by working with a diverse group of professionals and engaging with cutting‑edge tools like Salesforce, Qlik dashboards, and AI BOTs.
- High Visibility: As part of the Revenue Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Fitch Rating’s BRM team, ensuring your contributions are highly visible and impactful.
- Amazing Team: You will be collaborating closely with a dynamic and supportive group of experts within the Revenue Enablement and Salesforce teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Great Benefits: Fitch Group is committed to providing a competitive benefits package, reflecting our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our employees.
We’ll Count on You To:
- Training Sessions & Drop‑In Support: Coordinate and deliver regular BRM training sessions both virtual and in‑person on Salesforce processes and procedures, tailored to the audience with sector and regional‑specific examples. Provide hands‑on workshops and support for key projects and system roll‑outs.
- Training Material Development: Design, evaluate, and maintain high‑quality, audience‑specific training resources (courses, guides, FAQs, quick‑reference guides, and video tutorials) for Salesforce and related tools, ensuring materials remain current with system enhancements and business changes. Ensure that the materials are scalable and easy to maintain.
- Training Effectiveness: Measure and optimize training effectiveness by tracking adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback; conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps; recommend and implement improvements to maximize engagement. Support new‑hire onboarding with tailored programs, continuously refining materials and delivery methods.
- AI Training Persona: Develop and maintain an AI training persona to standardise training content and interactions, partnering with SMEs to curate, validate outputs, and continuously refine the persona based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Relationship Building: Develop internal relationships with the wider Business Relationship Management to ensure Salesforce & RE objectives meet their needs.
- Collaboration: Work with other members of the RE & Salesforce teams to ensure group objectives are met.
What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programmes across in‑person and virtual formats.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Stream, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Forms.
- Experience developing or working with AI tools is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible language.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaborator with proven relationship‑building capabilities.
