About the Team: Join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team, which plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce at Fitch Group. Our team is responsible for recruiting top-tier talent across global markets, ensuring that we attract and retain individuals who embody our values of credibility, independence, and transparency.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting the strategic hiring needs of a rapidly growing business.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop innovative and direct sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Build and manage a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external organizations and educational institutions.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices, promoting equity in all talent acquisition activities.

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably supporting corporate functions and/or technology.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and levels.
  • You possess strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and direct sourcing methodologies.
