- Measurement & Value Realization: Track AI usage at Fitch, partnering with analytics teams to establish baseline metrics such as usage, quality, time saved, and business outcomes. Run the voice‑of‑user program (surveys, interviews, champion feedback) to ground the numbers in real experience. Produce adoption and impact reporting to Emerging Technology leadership and senior business stakeholders, showing measurable results of AI initiatives.
