How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Own and optimize calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls (external scheduling for MDs also required).
  • Oversee successful execution of in-person and virtual meetings (booking rooms, virtual meeting rooms, audio/visual setup, greeting visitors, respond to participant requests in a timely manner, etc.).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and obtain approvals as needed.
  • Assist with research projects and administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of presentations and materials for conferences and meetings, and other related clerical duties.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding as needed.
  • Plan team meetings including offsites, group holiday events, etc.
  • Act as liaison with IT, Mailroom, Facilities and other building personnel (Security, Property Management, etc.).
  • Provide other ad hoc support as needed.
  • Prioritize and take initiative in completing assignments, juggle various tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines all with minimal supervision.
  • Complete work at a very high standard.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

  • Have a bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
