How You’ll Make an Impact: Manage people-related processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for the EMEA region. Take ownership of HR queries and tasks, ensuring they are resolved accurately and promptly, escalating issues as needed. Deliver a professional and high-quality service to stakeholders and employees. Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and best practices. Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of HR Strategy.
