Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Project Manager (Corporate title: Senior Associate) based out of our Manchester office.
About the Team:
Our Project Managers look after a diverse portfolio of projects delivering complex internal change or the successful delivery of sophisticated learning programs and solutions across the world for clients and learners
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead and be accountable for successful project delivery, ensuring client and learner service excellence
- Own day-to-day project operations, instilling urgency and drive across impacted teams and change initiatives
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates on progress
- Track milestones, proactively identify and manage risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Participate in client governance for delivery; engage senior client stakeholders to build confidence in outcomes
- Develop and own project plans and delivery documentation, aligned to the PMO reporting framework
- Source and onboard resources as needed to meet project requirements
- Challenge assumptions and propose alternative approaches to achieve optimal results
- Validate solution deliverables against client requirements using technical and client documentation
- Ensure appropriate quality control processes are in place for all deliverables, proportionate to risk
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Ensure PMO standards are adhered to; keep project documents and controls complete, current, and properly stored
- Produce concise summary reports for steering groups, stakeholders, and clients.
