Fitch Learning is seeking a Client Relationship Manager based in our London office. We are looking for candidates with proven experience managing client relationships in the Middle East. The corporate title for this role is Associate Director.
Role Details
About the Team: The purpose of this role is to manage an existing, defined portfolio of strategic client accounts in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and grow these through developing strong relationships with client contacts across the organization. You will work with your clients to understand their needs and, working with our subject-matter-experts, to design solutions to address these needs. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target. In addition, you will seek out new business opportunities with new logo clients in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role requires travel to Saudi Arabia every 6 weeks.
You\\\โll Make an Impact
- Manage your portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building and gaining internal referrals
- Understand the markets, products and operating environment that our clients work in, to enable you to support the design of learning and development solutions that add value to our clients
- Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence; leverage off our internal resources to write and develop best in class proposals; pitch persuasively
- Manage data and information closely and accurately, by using our Salesforce system to record and track your account developments
- Produce regular revenue forecasts that are built from your pipeline. You will be required to justify and explain these clearly
- Hand projects over to the relevant operational team to deliver and manage, once the projects have been commercially secured and contracts negotiated, whilst retaining escalation and commercial oversight of the project

- You have a strong background in sales and relationship management within a solution sales environment
- You have experience working in, or selling to, Financial Services and/or selling learning solutions
- You have a history of working towards and achieving revenue targets
- You can understand client strategy and build effective business and action plans
- You have excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach
