Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Specialist based out of our London office. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for leading new business and cross-sell sales efforts for Fitch Solutions Accounts. This fast-paced role will create and execute a sales strategy focused on our various offerings into existing global accounts.

  • Identify and engage with potential new customers to drive sales.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients to maintain loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Understand and promote company products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of competitor positioning.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries or complaints.
  • Actively participate in sales team meetings and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for promoting products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.

What You Need to Have:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as a Sales Specialist or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is usually preferred.
