Fitch Group is currently seeking an Intermediate Support Engineer for Audio Visual based out of our London office. Audio Visual technologies is an integral part of the Modern Workplace technology team. Modern Workplace is a global team that supports Fitch’s end user technologies with a strong emphasis on the end user experience.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Serve as an Audio-Visual SME for Cisco AV including deployment, integration, incident management and support for internally and externally hosted events
- Provide concierge level support and management for C-level and corporate-wide events
- Plan and execute town halls, board meetings, training, and hybrid events from setup through completion
- Support Fitch’s AV strategy in alignment with business objectives and technological advancements
- Proactively monitor and manage Life Cycle Management for all AV infrastructure and software
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of Cisco AV systems in conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and large-scale build outs
- Monitor and support day-to-day AV related service requests

- 5+ years of progressive experience in AV technologies with a focus on Cisco and Microsoft Teams solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Experience supporting VIP conferencing needs
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Has a passion for learning and adopting new AV Technologies
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP (Collaboration), CTS, or equivalent
- Experience with cloud-based AV solutions and hybrid work technologies
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices and AI technologies
- Familiarity with AV platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Crestron, etc.)
- Experience with Digital Signage technology platforms
