About the Team: Ratings Workflow Solutions (RWS), part of the Ratings COO organization, is a cross-functional, agile team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing applications and workflows used by our Ratings staff. Our goal is to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and advance standardization and automation across Fitch’s ratings platforms and workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact: We’re looking for an Associate Product Owner to support one or more Product Owners in defining product roadmaps and translating business needs into actionable solutions. This role will contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the workflows, systems, and data processes supporting Private Credit and Ratings activities. We are seeking an independent yet highly collaborative thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to requirements gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Streamlining document and data management.
  • Enhancing cross-team reporting.
  • Enabling AI-driven innovation in workflow management and content processing.
  • Ensuring secure data delivery across platforms.
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements and helping drive solutions that improve operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in product coordination or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and/or supporting delivery routines.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, matrixed organization.
