About the Team
GeoQuant is an AI-driven data and technology company that fuses political science and computer science to measure and predict political risk with unprecedented accuracy. Our core technology is a proprietary suite of real-time indicators and predictive analytics available via web application, custom dashboards and API.
In this role, you will be part of the GeoQuant team, working collaboratively with Fitch Solutions colleagues focused on GeoQuant client management and business development across all client sectors; including asset management, global corporations, financial institutions and government.
As a Product Specialist you will blend your experience in the political risk domain with in-depth product knowledge and commercial acumen, to drive and support GeoQuant renewal, cross-sell, up-sell, and new logo pipelines.
You will both drive and support client management and service delivery, prospect discovery and development, trial management and on-boarding.
As such, this role will contribute to the growth and success of GeoQuant.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Contribute to the growth of GeoQuant’s client book in close collaboration with colleagues within Fitch Solutions’ commercial team
- Drive value to both clients and prospective clients of GeoQuant, via exploratory use case discussions, product demo’s and trial / client management
- Lead internal training sessions on the GeoQuant offering and product, and provide guidance and support on client / prospect outreach initiatives
- Be self-motivated, able to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance
You May be a Good Fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., International Affairs, Political Science, etc.)
- You have a minimum of 2 years of client facing sales/account management/relationship management experience within the political risk industry
- You demonstrate good history of working well in global teams, in partnership
