About The Team: Reporting to the Group CFO, Group Strategy is a small, high-impact team that brings strategic clarity and cross-enterprise perspective to leadership decisions. We shape the strategic agenda by identifying what’s next, support critical decision-making with insight and context, and drive cross-enterprise initiatives that turn strategic opportunities into reality.
How You’ll Make An Impact:

- Serve as domain lead for one or more core areas (including Strategic Planning, Competitive Intelligence, Strategic Foresight), owning work quality, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement of methods and outputs.
- Lead discrete strategic initiatives end-to-end: problem framing, workplan design, synthesis, and executive-level recommendations.

- Develop more junior team members by providing clear direction, feedback, and hands-on coaching, building the team’s overall capacity to deliver.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
- 10–12 years (or 6–8 years post-MBA) of experience in corporate strategy or strategy consulting; backgrounds that include some investment banking, private equity, or corporate development in addition to a primary focus on strategy are also considered.
- Strategic mindset with ability to structure complex problems, identify key implications, and deliver clear recommendations to senior audiences.
- Familiar with key strategy frameworks and their applications.
