Fitch Learning is seeking a Client Relationship Director based in our London office. We are looking for candidates with proven experience selling to clients across Europe and managing complex client relationships. The corporate title for this role is Director.

About The Team

The purpose of this role is to discover, develop and win new credit‑based programs with both new and existing clients. Working with the client relationship management team and, independently, to identify opportunities to sell our credit solutions across our entire client portfolio. You will work with clients to understand their needs and, with our subject‑matter experts, design credit‑focused solutions to address these needs. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target. In addition, you will prospect and develop new logo opportunities across Europe. The role requires periodic travel across Europe.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Strategic account planning, relationship development, and internal referrals, working closely with the client relationship management team
  • Understand the credit landscape, market dynamics, and operating environments across European financial services to shape value‑adding learning and development solutions
  • Drive full‑cycle sales excellence: qualify opportunities, shape solutions, develop compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive pitches and negotiations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and account plans in Salesforce; manage data rigorously
  • Produce clear, defensible revenue forecasts built from pipeline analysis
  • Transition won projects to delivery teams while retaining commercial oversight and escalation point responsibilities
