Reporting to the Programme Lead, this role provides business and operational support across the Chief Data Office (CDO). Working with colleagues across CDO, Technology, Finance, and the wider business, you will help coordinate activities, support budget management, and contribute to analysis that informs decision‑making.

- Support budget management by tracking spending, monitoring budgets, and assisting with financial reporting and planning.
- Help collect and analyse data to support reporting on programme performance and business outcomes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management meetings and discussions.
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and other team initiatives as required.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial, operational, or performance data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems in a logical and organised way.
- Ability to work effectively with people across different teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, or analysis for management or senior stakeholders through previous roles, internships, or graduate programmes.
