About the Team
You will be joining a growing Sales Enablement team; hyper focused on turning strategy into consistent high-quality execution that clients trust. Within Sales Enablement, sales systems and insights improve seller productivity and sales execution by supporting the sales systems, tools, workflows, and insights the organization relies on. Sitting at the intersection of enablement, operations, and sales execution, it suits someone who enjoys systems, reporting, and process improvement while staying focused on what helps sellers and managers perform.
How You’ll Make an Impact

- Tools, workflows, and selling motions: Partner with enablement and operations to build training and resources across the sales tech stack, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Map tools to key selling motions so sellers know what to use, when, and why. Create and maintain practical playbooks, job aids, and support materials.
- Process improvement: Identify friction points in sales processes and recommend improvements that reduce complexity. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and implement system improvements. Surface adoption barriers and field feedback for action.
