How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting the strategic hiring needs of a rapidly growing business.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop innovative and direct sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external organizations and educational institutions.
