Fitch Group is currently seeking a 12 month FTC HR Coordinator based out of our Manchester office. As a leading, global financial information services provider, Fitch Group delivers vital credit and risk insights, robust data, and dynamic tools to champion more efficient, transparent financial markets.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to off‑boarding for our EMEA region.
- Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the HR Manager.
- Ensure professional service delivery for key stakeholders and employees.
- Identify continuous improvements in our processes to streamline and reduce inefficiencies.
- Build a strong knowledge repository of processes.
- Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy.
