Fitch Group is currently seeking an AI Adoption and Training Specialist, Associate Director based out of our Manchester office. AI Enablement and Governance is a highly visible, cross-functional team within Emerging Technology, driving the safe, responsible, and value-driven adoption of AI across Fitch. We operate across two complementary pillars: AI Governance ensures AI at Fitch is safe, compliant, explainable, and regulator-ready, while AI Enablement ensures AI at Fitch is adopted, understood, and delivering real business value. We partner closely with business and technology leaders to bring the right AI capabilities to Fitch and help every colleague use them effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Communications, Campaigns & Knowledge Hub: Run AI communications, campaigns, and events across written, video, and in‑person formats to increase awareness and informed use of AI at every level of the company. Coordinate internal champions and bring in external speakers to keep the program fresh. Curate Fitch's AI knowledge hub, a central resource of vetted use cases, prompts, and patterns so every team starts from what already works.
  • Training & Capability Building: Build and maintain Fitch's AI training curriculum spanning AI literacy for everyone, role‑based training, and advanced sessions for power users across business and technology tracks. Integrate content from centre of excellence teams so colleagues see one coherent learning journey. Equip colleagues to maximize the value of Fitch's AI tools, surfacing high‑impact use cases, sharing prompting techniques and proven patterns, and coaching teams through real workflows so the tools translate into faster, better day‑to‑day work.
  • Adoption Programs, Change Management & Champions Network: Deliver AI adoption programs to business functions, tailoring the approach to different user groups (Analytical, Commercial, Operations, Technology) and supporting change management for new AI tool rollouts alongside partner teams. Build and run Fitch's AI champion network and community of practice, working with advocates across business functions to drive adoption, surface needs, and give colleagues a place to share learnings and collaborate.
  • Measurement & Value Realization: Track AI usage at Fitch, partnering with analytics teams to establish baseline metrics such as usage, quality, time saved, and business outcomes. Run the voice‑of‑user program (surveys, interviews, champion feedback) to ground the numbers in real experience. Produce adoption and impact reporting to Emerging Technology leadership and senior business stakeholders, showing measurable results of AI initiatives.

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, learning and development, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in technology enablement, change management, internal communications, or learning and development, with hands‑on experience designing role‑based training programs and measuring how well they work.
  • Strong, adaptable communication skills with ability to shift style, tone, and level of technical detail fluidly depending on the audience, from junior colleagues to executive leadership.
  • Confident presenting, facilitating, and storytelling across multiple formats.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot) with ability to explain their value clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience defining and reporting on adoption or program metrics.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Genuine passion for AI and emerging technology, and the ability to inspire that same enthusiasm in others through compelling videos, workshops, campaigns, and stories.
  • Experience curating internal and external speakers, with judgment about which speakers will land with which audiences and add real value to an event.
  • Experience building and running champion networks or communities of practice at scale, with a track record of keeping a community of advocates engaged across a large organization.
  • Video production, content curation, and storytelling, with experience producing polished internal communications and managing a library of resources for different audiences.
  • Ability to distil complex, ambiguous information into structured recommendations that drive senior decision-making, such as turning a messy pilot result into a clear go/no‑go memo.
  • Background in financial services or a similarly regulated industry, with an understanding of how technology adoption intersects with operational, compliance, and reputational considerations.

Why Choose Fitch:

  • Hybrid Work Environment: 2 to 3 days a week in office required based on your line of business and location.
