Fitch Group is currently seeking HR Service Centre Coordinators based out of our Manchester office. About the Team: Fitch’s HR Service Centre team support activities across the entire employee life-cycle from hire to retire. This global team plays an important role in ensuring a positive employee experience through all interactions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding.
- Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader.
- Build a strong knowledge repository of processes.
- Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy.
