We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the booking and delivery of our learning products and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will play a key role in coordinating the production of virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Production Coordination:
- Support the booking and delivery of live, hybrid and virtual training sessions
- Maintain production timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned
- Manage the setup and readiness of the production environment. These can vary between virtual classrooms, physical training spaces, studio spaces and auditoriums
Operational Support
- Liaise with internal teams (Client Services, Content, Project Managers) to ensure seamless delivery
- Track and report on production progress, flagging risks to the Production Manager
- Maintain accurate documentation of production and filming notes
Instructor and Stakeholder Support
- Provide logistical and technical support to instructors’ pre-event and during a live event
- Ensure client-specific requirements are met in production planning
Quality & Process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows
- Management and enhancement of our in-house studio capabilities
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations
- Support post-delivery by coordinating file transfers and doing quality checks to assist the post-production team where required
