In this highly visible, individual contributor role, you will support our Global Commercial Organization with operational planning and incentive plan strategy and governance across multiple regions. You’ll have direct exposure to the Global Commercial Leadership Team and play a key part in driving commercial success. We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative self-starter who thrives in an agile environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Operational Planning: Partner with Sales & Account Management leaders and Revenue Operations to drive annual planning process for the commercial organization, including annual budget process, compensation planning, and target/quota setting for the global sales force to align with business priorities and maximize commercial potential.
  • Provide end-to-end support on target setting including book segmentation, territory coverage, quota distribution, and compensation plan roll-out.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Support the Head of Incentives & Control on the governance of sales compensation plan to align with business objectives and the evolving commercial landscape.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the commission system aligning with individual target and compensation plan.
  • Deliver reporting on performance and payout vs target to facilitate management sign-off and payment processing; provide insights to the commercial leadership team on plan effectiveness, sales productivity, and ROI.
  • Drive process improvements using technology to enhance process efficiency and deliver information transparency.
FP&A activities:
  • Support digitization of analysis and reporting activities within the Commercial organization domain, including but not limited to: Net Sales performance reporting and analysis, headcount planning, and expense management.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, accounting, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years in finance with business partnering experience is required.
  • Experience in Financial information & data services industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, integrity, and professional maturity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
