Fitch Ratings & Research Data helps credit, risk and investment specialists make better-informed decisions and meet regulatory requirements, within and beyond the rated universe. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for leading new business and cross-sell sales efforts for Fitch Solutions Accounts. This fast-paced role will create and execute a sales strategy focused on our various offerings into existing global accounts.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Identify and engage with potential new customers to drive sales.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients to maintain loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Understand and promote company products and/or services.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of competitor positioning.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries or complaints.
- Actively participate in sales team meetings and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for promoting products or services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
