The Ratings' Operational Risk Management team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks for Ratings.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive continuous enhancement of our operational risk frameworks through structured assessments and control evaluations that strengthen our risk posture and resilience.
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline operational risk reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in report generation and delivery.
- Work closely with various teams, such as IT and Risk, across the organization to gather requirements, share insights, and work on controls.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
You May be a Good Fit if
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience in operational risk management, ideally within financial services or consulting environment, with hands-on experience in risk assessment, control evaluation and operational issue resolution.
- Senior stakeholder management capability, with sound judgment to balance proactive initiative with consultative collaboration.
- Proven track record delivering risk and control improvements through change management, including process redesign, audit remediation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Fluent English skills with near-native proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity and professionalism.
