What We Offer: A Director position that involves internal and external outreach An opportunity to lead on Fitch’s bank regulation publications, a flagship component of Fitch’s FI research Highly visible internal and external non-coverage role within the ‘Enhanced Analytics’ team, which leads on a variety of research, criteria and model-based initiatives. Scope to develop expertise in Insurance, Fund, Bank and Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulation Global role (location flexible in the EMEA time zone) We’ll Count on You To: (Core) Surveillance of global regulatory developments pertinent to banks, insurance companies, and non-bank financial institutions, and delivery of regular periodic publications, notably the quarterly flagship ‘Bank Regulation Monitor’. (Core/Expansion) Responsibility to plan and deliver a regular pipeline of opinionated and insightful research and commentary in collaboration with FI analysts, with a focus on cross-jurisdictional and cross-sector emergent themes and regulation. (Core) Support and training to the global FI analytical group on topics linked to risk management and regulatory development topics. (As required) Contribute towards industry outreach as a representative of Fitch Ratings, and as a speaker/presenter at industry events, including interactions with regulators / supervisors / supranational organisations.
