Fitch Learning is currently seeking an Associate Director - Public Courses Marketing based in London. The successful postholder will leverage their experience to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive enrollment and engagement for public courses, while fostering strong relationships with target customers and enhancing the overall learning experience through targeted campaigns and data-driven insights.

This is a pivotal role reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will be provided significant responsibility and accountability to drive growth of the Public Courses business through sophisticated marketing approaches. You will build on your significant experience working across a diverse array of marketing activities and channels to strategically position Fitch Learning’s offerings to prospective learners worldwide.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Own the development and execution of strategic marketing plans using data analysis to drive enrollment for public courses.
  • Develop engaging content and thought leadership that resonates with target audiences, generates engagement, and builds brand loyalty through storytelling and meaningful connections.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic and paid traffic.
  • Lead digital advertising efforts on platforms like Google and LinkedIn, managing external agencies for maximum reach.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to inform strategic decisions, leveraging insights to drive campaign innovation and adaptability, including using Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Communicate campaign objectives and results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey and adapt to new digital trends, including AI.

What You Need to Have:

  • Proven experience in digital and data-driven marketing within education and financial services, with a commercial focus.
  • Experience in D2C, B2B2C or B2C marketing, handling lead-generating campaigns using inbound and outbound methods.
  • Expertise in implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels, including social media, email, and search marketing.
  • The ability to craft compelling narratives and developing thought leadership content that resonates with target audiences and that align with brand values.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into strategies using tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, web CMSs, and content marketing strategies.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an understanding of customer behavior and experience optimization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic skills in graphic design using Adobe InDesign or similar graphics software to create content for a variety of platforms and channels.
