Fit4Life Academy has already made waves in the fitness education space—licensing independent gym owners across the UK to deliver fully accredited Level 3 Fitness Diplomas within their facilities. We’ve built the systems, the automation, the branding, and the reach. Now, we’re taking the next leap. We’re building a truly innovative, category-defining wellness app with global reach.
We are now looking for a highly skilled CTO or senior founding engineer to join us and lead the tech execution from MVP through scale.
About the Role
This is a core founding role—you’ll work directly with the Director to architect and deliver the MVP, and you’ll shape the long-term technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MVP build (Flutter / React Native + Firebase + Stripe)
- Backend architecture, scalability, and app performance
- Guide future BLE wearable integration
- Integrate reward systems, habit tracking, and user onboarding logic
- Collaborate on UX decisions and content delivery systems
- Manage or recruit additional dev support as needed
Who You Are:
- A senior engineer or product-minded CTO with experience shipping scalable mobile apps
- Passionate about performance, wellness, and user experience
- Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
- Located in Europe, or India preferred (remote-first is fine)
Payment & Equity
This is a founding-level role with 3% equity. Monthly payment (negotiable based on experience and scope). Remote-first with flexible hours.
